About

In Situ Homes is run by Simon Keeling and Seb Benson. Graduating from Sheffield University together they set up In Situ in 2015 as a way of creating and leading projects as young architectural designers. In Situ Homes is the bespoke residential architecture practice that has evolved from this original practice. They understand that embarking on your first architecture project may seem like a daunting prospect and are here to help you realise your ideas through a warm and personable approach, leading you through each step of a design through to its successful completion.

Simon Keeling ARB - Architect

Simon has worked at Proctor and Matthews, an award winning residential and community architecture practice for 8 years. During this time he participated on projects of a range of scales, from bespoke single units through to 100+ unit community masterplans. He has overseen each stage of residential project work and developed a full range of skills in the housing design field. In 2022 he left the practice to focus on In Situ Homes full time.

Seb Benson ARB - Architect

Seb has worked at Populous Architects, the world leading stadium design practice, and currently is contracted as an architect consultant on the Paris Olympics 4 days a week. A specialist in high-end sports venue architecture and event overlay, he has worked on large scale building and event projects such as the Olympics and The Line for the past 4 years. Prior to this he was working on In Situ full time, developing the practice from the ground up.
